Question 1. What are the channels available to a customer to make payment?
Answer:- Internet Banking (Individual Corporate), Debit and Credit Cards, UPI and such other modes based on integration available from respective resource.
Question 2. Can a customer use NEFT/RTGS if he/she does not have access to above channels?

Question 3. What is the role of an aggregator?
Answer:- An aggregator is the Payment Aggregator service which provides multiple payment options on a single payment page for the convenience of depositors of our website.
Question 4. What are all the payment modes available on the aggregator page?
Answer:- Aggregator facilitates online payments through all Credit and Debit Cards issued by MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, RuPay based on their arrangements and thus they can add and drop such arrangements over a period of time. It also facilitates transactions through Internet Banking, payment service of empanelled Banks and UPI.
Question 5. Are transactions on Aggregator service secure?
Answer:- Aggregators are certified with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) ver. 2.0 certified, which reinforces our promise of security. It has also obtained necessary Certification. The payment system follows secured processes and also supports 3DSecure - Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code, and second factor authorization as facilitated by respective Banks for Internet Banking Service, wherever applicable. Further, aggregators use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption which ensures that payment information is never sent over the Internet unencrypted and cannot be viewed by unauthorized intruders in the network.
Question 6. How can a customer understand that payment has been made successfully?
Answer:- After a customer fills required details on our website and clicks "Pay" or “Make payment”, the customer is redirected to selected aggregators payment page and is presented with payment options like Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking and such other permissible modes. The customer enters his details and clicks "Proceed". Then the Customer may see one of the two options:
(i) For internet banking: User ID password page of Banks FAQs
(ii) For cards: Fields to Enter Card details and 3D Secure page.
(iii) For such other: name, OTP or such other secured options.
After successful completion of transaction, the Customer is redirected to the website with a successful receipt of payment.
Question 7. How do I know that my Bank participates in 3D Secure transactions?
Answer:- If a customer is presented with a 3D Secure page prompting them to enter a password/OTP on the aggregator page, this means the Card issuing Bank participates in 3D Secure transaction. This is mandatory in India for Card transactions.
Question 8. Subscription/ payment made for but didn't receive the copy of the same.
Answer:- Please contact the concerned service desk.
Question 9. Request for Change of Address for supply of the products/ goods/ services.
Answer:- If you are a registered user on our website, you can visit your account page and make changes to your address. If you are not registered, you can either register and do this or you can update your address during checkout, before payment. Please note that addresses cannot be changed for an order once payment is made and the order is placed and is in process. Please contact the concerned service desk for any additional queries.
Question 10. I wanted to know when I would receive my order since I couldn't figure out the order number and I have attached the screenshot of the transaction.
Answer:- Registered users can track their order through their account. Further, email intimations are sent to the registered Id regarding dispatch of orders. For further queries please contact the concerned service desk.
Question 11. I am unable to make payment on your website
Answer:- You may change the browser and delete the cookies to overcome this issue. And also please follow the user guide, which is available on our website.
Question 12. Refund of the amount.
Answer:- For any refund, please read our refund policy and follow the necessary steps.
Question 13. User account is debited but transaction is shown failed
Answer:- In case the amount has been debited from your bank account/ credit card/ debit card or other such modes, please do not make another payment. If a transaction has failed, your order will not be processed which can be checked in your profile against Orders. In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be credited back in the user's bank account within the prescribed time limit. For more queries, please contact our Helpdesk.
Question 14. My account has been debited but transaction status is not successful.
Answer:- If transaction status is "FAIL OR REFUND IF SETTLED" then the amount will be credited back in the user's bank account within a prescribed time limit. If the issue is unresolved, please contact our service desk.
Question 15. Online Payment NOT WORKING
Answer:- You can try again or contact our help desk.
Question 16. A wrong entry in customer details page is made by customer, what is the process to rectify that
Answer:- In case of a registered user, the customer can himself/herself login and change the details for all subsequent payments. For a non-registered user or a retrospective change, the customer needs to contact our helpdesk (via phone /email) to make the changes.
Question 17. User has made the payment and the payment was successful but the User did not get any Transaction Ref. number.
Answer:- Please contact our help desk.
Question 18. The user while making Online payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking) has inadvertently made the payment more than once due to lag of system/network issues and now the user wants a refund for the same.
Answer:- As per the Terms and Conditions and Charge-back and Refund Policy at our website the user should first contact the help desk.
Question 19. Can International payments be processed?
Answer:- This service will be launched soon.

Once an order is placed by you and you get the order confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled.
The company / commercial establishment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a goods / services. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and /or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed or credited to any accounts of company/ commercial establishment or at online platform at www.achalorg.com the same shall be credited to account that duly notified to you / offeror by email without any interest and thereby you undertakes that you will not claim any additional amount as damages/ costs/ expenses.
With respect to the perishable products/ goods, items once ordered cannot be returned. To resolve any disputes related to damage or defect, you undertake yourself that you shall record an unboxing video, followed by clear pictures of the product in question and email the same to the address as shown in the website from time to time. Such requests should come within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review the claim and process a refund or replacement of product if the claim is sound. Only a replacement shall be given in the case of un matched, different quality/ quantity products are delivered bonafide.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card or any card that is legally permitted to be used by you. The company / commercial establishment will not be liable for any online transaction risk, fraud or illegal activity in any course. Order will be processed once the money has been successfully credited in the bank account of the company/ commercial establishment or website www.achalorg.com and it normally takes its own reasonable time. From the side of the user once the payment is made till successful credit, the time shall be excluded. After successful credit 24 - 72 business hours shall be the date of dispatch from our end. All disputes will have jurisdiction at Mangaluru only by virtue of your purchase request addressed to our head office at Mangaluru.
