Refund, Cancellation and Payment Policy

We want to provide you the best experience with us and you can help us do that by going through our guidelines while placing your order. Our cashews are certified organic and ISO 22000 compliant and from procurement of raw nuts to the packaging stage go through a thorough process keeping organic certification standards and best hygiene practices in mind.

Refund and Replacement

Due to the consumable nature of the product, items once ordered cannot be returned. To resolve any disputes related to damage, we request you to record an unboxing video, followed by clear pictures of the product and packaging in question with invoice clearly displayed and email the same to customercare@anayabyachal.com. “Damage” constitutes ‘damage to product packaging’ in a way that affects the product i.e. punctures, tears and/or broken product packaging that pre-existed when the parcel was first opened, the veracity of which should be evident in the unboxing video. Such requests should come within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review the claim and process a refund or replacement of the product if the claim is sound.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed by you and an order confirmation gets generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

Payments

Payments for all orders will be made on the www.achalorg.com site through secure, digital transactions including debit/credit card, netbanking and UPI. At the moment, we do not accept COD (cash on delivery) payments.

In the rare event of a refund due to damage, defect or wrong item as mentioned in our refund and replacement policy, credit will be made to the original payment method. Reflection of the credited refund into your account will take a few business days depending on the policies of your respective bank or card.
