Shipping and Delivery Policy

We endeavour to deliver your products as early as possible; to enable us to serve you well, please go through the shipping and delivery policy. We are working with third-party delivery and logistics partners who have a dedicated team to ensure the smoothest delivery possible.

  • We ship Pan-India. Currently, we do not have international shipping.
  • Please note that our dry roasted cashews are prepared on order so you get the crunchiest, freshly dry roasted cashews, hence the order processing for dry roasted cashews will be 24-72 hours after confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Other products will be processed within 12-48 hours after confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email. Tracking details will be provided through our logistics partners.
  • Estimated time of delivery once order is processed will be 3-10 business days, depending on destination, as long as there are no unexpected delays beyond our control. This is also subject to delivery partner schedules. Please understand that we have limited control over the package once it is shipped.
  • For orders below INR 2000, we have a flat shipping rate of INR 99. Orders above INR 2000 are free of shipping charges.
  • All orders will be dispatched to the mentioned shipping address. We guarantee delivery only to the shipping address and postal pin as mentioned in your order. We will not be responsible for wrongfully entered addresses and the rerouting of such a delivery and any consequence thereof should be borne by you.
  • The addressee is requested to ensure receipt of goods, personally or through assigned alternative persons [family, neighbour, security etc]. However, we do not take responsibility for goods received/signed for by alternative persons.
  • We are not responsible for damage after delivery. For queries related to damaged/wrongful goods received, if any, please refer to our refund policy page.
